DMCA Policy

DMCA Policy

DSGNUS is dedicated to upholding intellectual property rights. We publish articles on advanced interior design, wellness architecture, and future technologies. Our platform strives to host original content.

This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures concerning copyright infringement claims. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect our users to do the same. This policy was last updated: March 2026.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe content on DSGNUS infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must contain specific information for us to process your request. We cannot take action without all required elements.

Please include the following in your notice:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. For example, specify an original article on “Cryogenic Luxury Interior Design.”
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its precise location on dsgnus.com. Provide the URL(s) where the content can be found.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. Also state, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright claim. Your counter-notice must meet certain legal requirements.

A valid counter-notification must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which dsgnus.com may be found). You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Designated DMCA Agent

Please send all DMCA Takedown Notices and Counter-Notifications to our designated agent:

This is the exclusive contact for DMCA matters. Do not send general inquiries to this address.

Repeat Infringer Policy

DSGNUS reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We enforce this policy to protect the intellectual property of others. Maintaining an environment of original thought is essential, particularly for the forward-thinking concepts explored on our site, such as “Quantum Luxury” or “Temporal Luxury.”
